Nest Box Features: Recycled plastic and stainless steel screw construction, flip-down front panel, 1½” entry with copper portal to keep out larger birds, grooved fledgling ladder below exit, and excellent drainage and ventilation. Pole Kit Features: Heavy-duty black powder-coated steel construction, strong 3 piece 1" diameter tubular pole, Twister Ground Socket twists 20" into the ground for extra stability, 68" Overall Height. Screws included. Squirrel baffle is constructed of galvanized steel and powder-coated black, measures 16-3/4" long and 6-1/4" in diameter. Place your pole 8-10' away from railings, roofs or trees. Squirrel baffles should be mounted a minimum of 4' from the top of baffle to the ground. **Per EPA regulations, this product qualifies as a "pesticide device," which does not require registration with the EPA. Our squirrel baffles and/or predator guards have not been scientifically tested for efficacy. We make no claims regarding the effectiveness of our squirrel- and predator-mitigating contrivances.
